广大人民群众发现流动人口特别是疫情重点地区来我区人员、曾去疫情重点地区返回我区人员和与确诊病例、疑似病例、无症状感染者检测后阳性的密切接触者未按要求登记报告的，及时向公安派出所、社区和当地卫生健康委举报。
