简介

1998年获国家杰出青年基金,2002年入选中国科学院百人计划。现任广州地化所极端环境地质和地球化学研究室主任、广东省矿物物理与矿物材料重点实验室副主任、中国地质学会矿物专业委员会副主任委员。获得奖项

2002年获广东省科学技术一等奖, 2003年获全国留学回国人员先进个人称号和留学回国人员成就奖,2004年获广东省五一劳动奖章。

学术研究

从事宇宙矿物学、高压矿物学、陨石和陨石坑冲击变质等领域的研究工作。提出通过岩石和矿物天然冲击变质效应研究地球深部物质组成和结构的学术思想。

发现了多种超高压新矿物和超高压矿物组合,在小行星和陨石撞击事件温度压力历史和动力学提出了新的见解。发现了中国首个陨石坑——岫岩陨石坑,填补国内在有陨石坑研究方面的空白。

项目研究

2020年4月6日,中国科学院、国家自然科学基金委员会主办的《科学通报》最新一期刊发封面文章称,中国科学家近期在黑龙江省中部依兰县发现一个新的星球撞击遗迹陨石坑——依兰陨石坑。这是继辽宁的岫岩陨石坑之后,在中国发现的第二个陨石坑。这一星球撞击遗迹重要发现的科研成果封面文章,由中科院广州地球化学研究所陈鸣研究员课题组完成,共同作者包括陈鸣、谢先德、肖万生、谭大勇。[1]
