周林杰,男,博士。2003 年毕业于北京大学信息科学技术学院微电子系,获学士学位,同年被教育部
保送至香港科技大学电子与计算机学系,并于2007年获得博士学位。2007 年到2009 年在美国加州大学戴维斯分校(UC Davis)从事博士后研究。现任上海交通大学区域光通信网络与新型光通信系统国家重点实验室(上海交通大学实验区)教授。研究领域主要集中在硅基光电子集成器件的设计、制造和测试。近年来在国际权威期刊和会议上发表SCI 论文50 多篇,他引总次数超过100次,与合作者共同完成专题著作一章节,申请美国专利一项。曾任Journal of Lightwave Technology, IEEE Photonic Technology Letters, Optical Express 等专业期刊的审稿人。曾作为主要研究人员参加多项香港RGC 和美国国防部DARPA 科研项目(Si-Phaser)。
